What kind of government do we have? I mean that as a technical question. Is this a democracy? A Republic? A monarchy? And what is the responsibility of this government?
You may want to have those questions answered before you get all pissed off about what our federal government is frankly incapable of doing.
I think your question is a valid one. Our government seems grossly wasteful. The money wasted in hording supplies is ridiculous. A million dollars per year? Only for the stuff to be stored? Huh? U mean no one needed the supplies? I am disappointed that the feds are incapable of making sound decisions. You may be right…maybe I expect people to actually think and do a great job.
