The Supreme Court has decided that Hoosiers who vote on Tuesday May 6, 2008 will have to bring their picture Id’s with them. Howard Dean, DNC Chair, and Wolf Biltzer, CNN analyst, agree that the ID requirement will lead to disenfranchisement.
