Today Sucks

Howard Dean sucks.  His mismanagement of the Democrat primary season (see Michigan and Florida) and his obvious fear of the Clintons make me sick.

The Media sucks.  Stop making people dumber with the 2-3 second clips of de-contextulized issues that breed fear and ignorance.  Who really cares about Jeremiah Wright?  Yesterday, I got less than 5 gallons of gas for $20…I could care less about Wright…I need pump relief. I won’t even start with the price of food.  But, if I did care about Wright I’d say he has every right to defend himself!  And, excuse me but weren’t those clips of Dr. King, the ones the  corporate media reveres every January, just as controversial then as Wright’s are now?  In the late 1950 and 60’s a negro man beseeching the government for Negro rights was communistic and outside the natural laws God.  Didn’t the FBI label him the most dangerous man in America?  

Hillary Clinton sucks.  Give it up!  If Barack Obama were anything but a black man she would have conceded a long time ago…when was the last time there was a brokered convention?  Oops, forgot the last time the Democrats went to the convention to decide their nominee (Carter v. Kennedy) we got Ronald Reagan.  Ha.  When did someone like the liberally leaning, all inclusive Hillary Clinton amen such a thing.  Boy, how times have changed.  She’s set the feminist movement back decades with her crying and petulant, child-like “it’s my turn” behavior.

Stupid people suck.  One can not purport to understand a tradition when they have never graced the doors of a black church, sat in a pew on a Sunday morning, or listened to a complete sermon from a black minister.  Once upon a time black folks were clear about their second-class citizenship in Jim Crow America thus in response they formed their own churches to feel empowered, safe, and affirmed.  How about this:  Everyone find a black church in your community and attend.  Listen, learn, and report back to your nearest television reporter immediately.
